At Better Body we aim to make the purchasing experience and customer journey as smooth as possible. Here are some of the top questions we receive answered just for you.

 

My Better Body Pro Adjustable Dumbbells are stuck and won't twist.

If you find yourself in this scenario that your dumbbells for some reason won't twist properly, it usually has to do with slight misalignment when you put them back on the stands.

I've placed an order but haven't gotten any shipping/tracking info.

 

In this case, please make sure that you've checked your email for a confirmation message. It could possibly have landed in your junk folder as well so make sure to check there too.

 

If you placed an order which includes pre-order items, please keep in mind that some items won't ship until they become available and this could result in a delay in your shipping/tracking info.

 

My order is missing some pieces ex. I ordered a set of dumbbells but only received one.

Since our dumbbells are quite heavy, they ship in 2 individual boxes. It is not uncommon for them to arrive at 2 separate times.

Are there any extra shipping fees?

For all Canadian orders, there is a small weight based charge that is incurred at checkout. For the most accurate shipping costs. please add all items to your order and you'll be able to figure out the total cost of shipping there.

 

What do I do if my items are damaged during shipping?

We do very diligent quality inspections on all of our equipment before it leaves our warehouse. However, it is possible that your order may get mishandled by the shipping carriers. 

If your product arrives damage upon arrival, make sure to take photos of it right away and send it to support@betterbodyequipped.com and we will make the claim on your behalf. 

 

How do preorders work?

Due to the high demand for our products, some items will be in backorder. While these products are already ordered by us, it will take some time for the inventory to land in our warehouse so we can get it shipped out to you.

All preorder items are discounted by 10% to make up for the delay in delivery. By ordering a product on preorder, we will hold your spot in line for your items and ship them out as soon as they arrive.

 

If it says 2-5 day shipping, why hasn't my order shipped yet?

While we always try to aim to achieve the listed shipping times, variables such as holidays or shipping carrier delays may occur which are out of our hands. If you have any additional questions regarding order times, please send us an email at support@betterbodyequipped.com.
