The Better Body Rubber Gym Mat is a heavy duty rubber matting constructed from recycled rubber.
Each 20" x 20" mat is 0.75” thick for optimal impact resistance and approximately 400lbs per individual mat - meaning they stay in place throughout each and every workout.
Each tile includes pre-trimmed edges to allow easy placement on a gym floor.
