The Better Body Rubber Gym Mat is a heavy duty rubber matting constructed from recycled rubber.
Each 19.5" x 19.5" mat is 1” thick for optimal impact resistance and approximately 400lbs per individual mat - meaning they stay in place throughout each and every workout.
