These rotating, plate-loaded arms unlock explosive power work, controlled strength movements, and high-variety accessory training without taking up extra floor space. Mount them on your Better Body Power Rack V2 or Squat Rack and reposition the arms vertically, horizontally, or at set angles for complete workout flexibility.
Use the Omni Arms individually for unilateral work or run them together for heavy bilateral lifts. Built with a rigid modular arm and smooth rotation, they deliver stability, versatility, and the ability to train movements normally requiring multiple machines.
