The Better Body Plyobox is built different from the typical soft foam boxes on the market. This is not a lightweight, fully foam cube that shifts around. It features a dense, structured core with a reinforced outer shell and a slight padded surface for impact control. You get the stability of a firm box with added protection on missed reps.
Heavier Build for Serious Training
Weight matters with plyo boxes. A box that slides or tips kills confidence. Ours is intentionally heavier and more grounded, so it stays put during jumps, step-ups, and single-leg work. The result is a stable platform that feels secure under load, even during high output sessions.
