The Better Body Tactical Weight Vest is a low-profile, adjustable plate carrier built for rucking, running, bodyweight work, and everything in between. Load it up and get to work.

Each vest comes with two 8 lb flat weight plates (16 lbs total) with internal retention straps that lock them in place. Slides in clean, stays put through sprints, burpees, pull-ups, whatever you throw at it.
Want to go heavier? The vest is designed to accept additional plates beyond the included pair so you can scale the load as you get stronger. Additional plates sold separately.

Built from heavy-duty polyester with breathable mesh body pads and padded shoulder straps. The weight sits tight against your torso, not swinging off your shoulders. An adjustable stretch cummerbund wraps your midsection to keep the vest locked in during explosive movements.
